FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (Jan. 28, 2022) – Rolla High School student Hayden Fane was awarded the Fort Leonard Wood Leadership Award today by 1st Battalion, 48th Infantry Regiment, Commander Lt. Col. Christopher Scott for demonstrating the Army Value of Respect during the month of January. Hayden is a senior leader at Rolla High School who is involved in numerous activities and is well respected by his teachers and peers. Hayden’s ability to put himself in another person’s shoes and include them as part of a group shows great respect.
