Delayed reporting with unscheduled leave and maximum telework in effect Tuesday, Jan. 27, for Fort Leonard Wood personnel
Due to road conditions, there will be a three-hour delayed reporting for Tuesday, Jan. 27, on Fort Leonard Wood for non-mission essential personnel, as previously identified by supervisors.
For example, personnel who normally report at 7:30 a.m. should now report at 10:30 a.m.; those who normally report at 8 a.m. will report at 11 a.m.
Maximum teleworking is in effect for Tuesday, Jan. 27, if eligible and capable.
Unscheduled leave policy is in effect. Please check with your immediate supervisor for more details.
East and West gates will remain closed due to safety and weather concerns.
Employees who report to work should be aware that a plowed lot does not guarantee bare pavement. Please dress for the weather and treat plowed areas with caution as there still may be snow and slick, uneven surfaces with the potential for hidden ice throughout parking lots.

Curtailed operations Monday, Jan. 26, for Fort Leonard Wood
Due to hazardous road and weather conditions, normal operations on Fort Leonard Wood for Monday, Jan. 26, have been curtailed for all personnel who are not critical and or essential as previously identified by their supervisors.
Administrative and safety leave and situational telework if eligible and capable are in effect for Monday, Jan. 26. Please contact your immediate supervisor for more details.
The East and West gates will remain closed Monday, Jan. 26, due to road conditions.
The Commissary and Exchange facilities will be closed, except for the North Shopette, which is scheduled to be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Mission critical/essential personnel should report as normal.

Fort Leonard Wood operations for Jan. 25
Due to severe weather conditions, only Fort Leonard Wood personnel who are listed as critical or essential as previously identified by their supervisor should report to work at their normal time Sunday, Jan. 25.
All non-essential activities on Fort Leonard Wood are curtailed Jan. 25 to include Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation facilities, the Commissary and Exchange facilities, except for the North Shopette, which is scheduled to be open normal hours.
All religious services on Fort Leonard Wood have been canceled for Sunday, Jan. 25.
All hunting areas on Fort Leonard Wood are closed.

Media are invited to attend a Topping Out Ceremony marking a major milestone in the construction of the new terminal building at Waynesville-St. Robert Regional Airport. This event celebrates the placement of the final structural element on the building and represents significant progress on a $16-million project that has been years in the making. The new terminal will enhance regional air service, improve the passenger experience, and support continued growth at the surrounding communities. Exchange closures for inventory
FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (Jan. 15, 2026) – Four of Fort Leonard Wood’s Army and Air Force Exchange Service locations are scheduled to have delayed openings to take inventory. According to a Fort Leonard Wood AAFES official, as soon as the counts are complete, the stores will open. The North Express in Bldg. 150 is set to have a delayed opening Jan. 24, and is expected to be open by 11 a.m. The South Express, Bldg. 1605, and Class Six in Bldg. 490 are scheduled for inventory Jan. 25. and are expected to be open by 11 a.m. The Main Exchange in Bldg. 487 is scheduled for inventory Jan. 27 and is expected to be open by 2 p.m.
