FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (Jan. 4, 2023) The Maneuver Support Center of Excellence and Fort Leonard Wood will host a change-of-responsibility ceremony at 9 a.m. Jan. 6 in Lincoln Hall Auditorium.
During the ceremony, Command Sgt. Maj. Randolph Delapena will transfer responsibilities of the MSCoE to Command Sgt. Maj. Jorge Arzabala.
Delapena’s next assignment will be serving as the 82nd Airborne Division Command Sergeant Major at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Arzabala comes to Fort Leonard Wood from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, where he was the Command Sergeant Major of the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives Command.
