FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (Nov. 5, 2020) — The General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital will be offering flu vaccines (6 months of age and older) to Active Duty family members, retirees and retiree family members in the Immunizations clinic within Leonard Wood Medical Home on the following dates and times:

Nov. 13 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Nov. 16 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Dec. 8 from 8 to 11:30 a.m.

Keep in mind COVID-19 precautions are required, such as wearing a face covering and maintaining 6 feet social distancing, while waiting in line. GLWACH staff will make every effort to streamline the process to minimize wait times. It is requested that each patient bring a completed form with them prior to receiving the vaccine.

Those who already have an appointment within Pediatrics or Internal Medicine with your Primary Care Manager may ask for the flu shot during their regularly scheduled appointment.

TRICARE beneficiaries may also receive the flu vaccine at a network retail pharmacy. Visit https://tricare.mil/flu for further details.

All active duty service members will be given the flu vaccination at their unit of assignment.
