FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (June 23, 2026) The U.S. Army Garrison Fort Leonard Wood is slated to host a change-of-command ceremony at 8:30 a.m. June 25 on the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence Plaza.
During the ceremony, Col. Steven Bartley will transfer command of the garrison to Col. Eric McCall.
Bartley is retiring after 26 years of honorable service to the U.S. Army.
McCall comes to Fort Leonard Wood from the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania.
