FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (July 23, 2018) — Fort Leonard Wood is slated to conduct a Force Protection Exercise July 24. The exercise is scheduled to take place throughout the day and individuals may experience short delays, due to gate closures that should only last 10 to 15 minutes – after the morning rush – while evaluators test “lockdown” capabilities at access points.
Exercise announcements and instructions will be broadcast through the Mass Warning and Notification System, or MWNS.
