FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (March 28, 2020) — The General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital at Fort Leonard Wood reported March 27, 2020 that an Army Reservist and a military spouse have tested positive for COVID-19. Both are in isolation in their off-post residences under medical care in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

Per CDC guidance and Defense Health Agency protocols, individuals known to be at risk for a COVID-19 infection are immediately quarantined or isolated to prevent potential spread to others.
